So for a few months I've been struggling with personal issues in my life. Don't know why I let them get to me but the fact of the matter is...it did, and thats why I'm in this predicament.
Since the time I came back from my Christmas Break home its been about 6 months and in those months I did, what I promised myself that I would never ever do------> I gained weight ! a total of 35 pounds! ughhhh! i know. I knew I needed to fix this so i tried working out (fail) I got a bike to start to spark some cardio (fail) I even paid $80 for a diet called HCG (FAIIIILLLL!) lucky I get a refund back. nothing ever worked and I found myself depressed...moreso disappointed in myself that I've either cried myself to sleep or to Kalani about it.
Kalani would say, "Baby, you're beautiful!" or "How can you say you've gained weight when you're not even fat! Baby Girl got that hourglass shape going on!!! whoop whoop!" lol (I am so blessed to have him!) It was hard to take his words as compliments. I guess mainly because I've had my share of scrubs and although my Kalani is FARRRRR from that...those cuts before he came into my life are still sore.
After my last breakdown, Kalani woke me up and drove me to school....the LAST place I wanted to be. I endured the 2 hours of nonsense numbers and got a text from Kalani saying to meet him at the library. When I got there I was greeted by a smile. I gave a weak one back.
"I have a surprise for youuuuu."
I sat and waited for him to pull out a white sheet of paper from his backpack and handed it to me.
As I looked at it I almost started crying again.
"I dont like it when you cry baby, and over something that I don't think you are! But if you think that you are then I got your back. I made you a work out schedule that both you and I are going to be doing together. I figure if you do things that are boring, you wont like it. So I googled some stuff for you...or us...cause I need to lose weight too! lol Mondays-Swim for 30 mins which is good cause you burn like 400 calories and get tanned! Tuesdays-Walk for 30 mins. Wednesday-Jog for 30 mins. Thursday-Jump rope for 30 mins. Friday-Walk for 30 mins. Saturday-Swin for 30 mins. Sunday-Rest but eat right!"
I laughed and threw my arms around him. He is too good to me! Guaranz he was irrahz of my crybaby status huh? hahahaha. sowwy
This guy, I tell you...never ever ceases to impress me<3 When things are dark...he's always my light at the end of the tunnel. :') He's gotten me through so much already so I am not surprised that he's getting me through this little bump in my life......more like BIG FAT BUMP! lol

Awwwwww! Love this post! Sis, don't even worry! I have gained weight too this year! I think its the "post high school" weight, which is perfectly normal. Its about that time in our lives where we REALLY have to watch everything we eat! Love ya sis! Lets go find a Zumba class in SLC when I come :)
